Overview - CARES

Il Centro nasce con l’obiettivo di approfondire e affrontare le sfide contemporanee legate alla cura, intesa come fenomeno che riguarda al tempo stesso la salute delle persone e i contesti sociali in cui si realizza.
The Centre was founded with the aim of exploring and addressing contemporary challenges related to care, understood as a phenomenon that affects both people's health and the social contexts in which it occurs.

The Centre's scientific project is aimed at promoting knowledge and innovation in the understanding and delivery of care, conceived as a multidimensional phenomenon to be addressed through an interdisciplinary lens. The Centre investigates and explores the concept of care through applied research, responding to service mandates and research calls, and developing evidence-based training programs. From this perspective, it aims to become a point of reference for the scientific and professional community in analyzing the challenges of care in contemporary societies, fostering collaboration between disciplines and dialogue between institutional, public, and private stakeholders.
